How does CarmanApp work?

CarmanApp network includes ticketed parking locations and premium valet services in various cities. Once you download CarmanApp and create your account, you will be able start browsing all available parking spots near your location or destination.

CarmanApp app will provide availability, pricing and rating regarding these locations. Once you select your parking spot, CarmanApp will help you to get there with CarmanApp Easy Navigation.

Once you arrive to a CarmanApp parking location, you will be able to access through the gates seamlessly either with CarmanApp plate Reader to CarmanApp QR Reader. Even if you don’t have CarmanApp when you arrive, don’t worry you can simply download the app pay by showing your parking ticket to CarmanApp Barcode Reader.

If you prefer to use the CarmanApp Valet Service, simply turn your phone sideways when you arrive to the valet location. Valet service providers will be able to read you QR code using their mobile devices and pick up your car.

Is CarmanApp available in my city?

CarmanApp is only available in Istanbul for now. We will be expanding to Ankara and İzmir very soon. Please complete the below request form to make CarmanApp available in your city.

Is CarmanApp available internationally?

CarmanApp is only available in Turkey now. We fully concentrate on increasing domestic coverage at this moment. CarmanApp international expansion strategy will be on executions starting from 2019.

Creating a CarmanApp account

Creating a CarmanApp account is easy. You can even sign in by using your Google or Facebook accounts. Once you created your account, you can start looking for parking & vale service providers around you.

Payment Methods

Once you created your account, simply take a picture of your credit card using the CarmanApp application and confirm your payment method. CarmanApp accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy. Users can also pay with BKM express option to pay with their BKM online wallets.

Accessing to Ticketed Parking Locations

Once you created your CarmanApp account, enter your credit card and vehicle information you will be able to receive seamless access to CarmanApp parking locations.

There are several ways to access the parking location

• Parking Ticket: Simply get a ticket from the gate and pay by using the CarmanApp ticket barcode reader.
• QR Reader: Sign into the CarmanApp application, turn your phone rideways and use your unique QR code for access.
• Plate Reader: If the facility has plate reader functionality, your car will be recognized automatically. Look for the CarmanApp Plate Reader logo for this option.
